Are you Part of the something for nothing Syndrome?

“You don't get something for nothing. You can't have freedom for free. You won't get wise with the sleep still in your eyes, no matter what your dreams might be”Neil Peart.

There is no such thing as something for nothing. It is a lazy mind that expects success on a platter of gold. The truth is, if it is too good to be true, it is really true. “There is nothing like something for nothing, it has always been give and take. Life is like cultivated fertile field, what you sow is what you reap” says Uchenwa.

If you truly want your name to be written in the book of achievement, you should know you have to create value that people are ready to pay for. Look around you, there aremany problems that is crying out for solutions. It will take less than few months with some cash to find solution to it and continue improving on it;
Rome wasn’t built in a day. I think this, according to Ethan Hawke is worth considering “I think it's my job to risk looking foolish. One of the things I've learned from the actors I've worked with is you don't get something for nothing. If you don't risk looking foolish, you'll never do anything special.”

A worthwhile achievement takes time and other natural resources not luck or the instant gratification of something for nothing. I think the Roman philosopher: Seneca is right when he says “luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity". Get set, because the luck is on its way to your side. Start preparing to meet her by working on that thing you so much desire, no matter how little. That is the only criteria, if not it will be pass to the next person on the line. Remember, there is no such thing as something for nothing. You have to get down working to success.
